EMC Corporation, a provider of information infrastructure solutions, on Tuesday announced that Gartner, Inc. has recognized EMC with a positive rating in its report entitled "MarketScope for E-Discovery Software Product Vendors."*

EMC has revolutionized its position as a leader in the e-discovery and e-disclosure markets with the release of EMC SourceOne and its acquisition of Kazeon, a leading e-discovery vendor. Kazeon is an appliance that gathers metadata on all types of electronic files and other content from across an enterprise and then allows an organization to take action on that content including automating the in-house e-discovery process.
